Arabs and left wing groups are trying to dictate the narrative and change historical facts regarding the Shiloach. Arabs are trying to eradicate the Jewish Yemenite history, heritage and past in the Shiloach. Arabs and left wing NGOs are being heavily financed by Arab interest groups to challenge court rulings. Arabs are trying to reverse eviction orders against the illegal Arab squatters in the Sanctified Trust. (Hekdesh).

And in addition to this – there are ongoing violent attacks by Arabs against our Shiloach families…… enormous pressure is being put on Arabs not to sell, cooperate or work with Jews…….. Huge eyes are being painted on Arab buildings in the area as scare tactics against Arabs -“you are being watched”….and there is a consistent Arab and left wing social media blitz against Jews in the Silwan. Standing against this onslaught is Ateret Cohanim!

The original Yemenite Beit Knesset was returned to the Sanctified Trust (Hekdesh) a few years ago when the Supreme court of Israel ruled that the Arabs WERE ILLEGAL SQUATTERS in the Synagogue complex (AND HEKDESH) and should leave the holy site.(Eviction)This case opened up the unique and very significant opportunity to return ALL of the Trust properties.And so in a series of very costly court cases, over the last 3-4 years, which are still unfolding, the TRUST is trying to  return the rest of its properties. (5500 sq mtrs = 20-23 buildings and approx 500 illegal Arab squatters)YES- 5500 sq mtrs.
